I was kind of ticked…expensive products like this should have good return policies if you ask me. I really can’t say NuBrilliance is a BAD product…I was happy with it…it just didn’t last long at all. And my bad customer experience convinced me to NOT give them another chance.

But I bought it anyway. What a joke. The thing worked for like two weeks and then they wanted to charge me shipping to send it back. I just told them to forget it.
I loved it. I have had it for 3 weeks and the suction seems to be working fine. It does seem like it MIGHT be losing some suction power but I think its just my mind playing tricks on me after reading negative reviews. I would recommend Nu Brilliance!
Sand paper out of my husbands garage could give me better skin care, and it would probably last longer too!
